User Agreement

NOTICES:

Before using Tokenview's services, you must carefully read and fully understand the terms of this agreement, including but not limited to the terms of exemption or limitation of liability. If you do not agree to this agreement and / or any changes of it at any time, you may voluntarily stop using the services provided by Tokenview Company; once you use the services provided by Tokenview Company, you shall be deemed to have understood and fully agreed with the contents of this agreement including any changes Tokenview makes to the agreement at any time and and becomes our user.

I. General Provisions

1.1 User shall agree to the terms of this Agreement. Clicking the 'agree' button on the page indicates that the user has reached an agreement with Tokenview Company and fully accepts all the terms and conditions of this agreement.

1.2 The Tokenview Service Agreement and Terms of Service and Announcements may be updated periodically by Tokenview and made publicly available. You should pay attention to and comply with the relevant terms and conditions applicable to it when using the relevant service.

1.3 Tokenview's Privacy Protection Notice requires you to ensure that you are fully aware of and agree that Tokenview can process user information accordingly before you using all of Tokenview's products and services.

II. Usage Rule

2.1 When using Tokenview's services, users must abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China such as the Network Security Law and the Provisions for the Administration of Internet News Information Services. Users shall agree that the service will not be used for any unlawful or improper activity, including but not limited to the following:

(1) Uploading, displaying, posting, disseminating or otherwise transmitting information containing:

1) against the fundamental principles laid down in the Constitution;

2) endangering state security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power and undermining national unity;

3) damage to national honors and interests;

4) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining national unity;

5) sabotaging the state's religious policy and propagating cults and feudal superstitions;

6) spreading rumors, disturbing social order and undermining social stability;

7) spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or instigating a crime;

8) insulting or slandering others and infringing upon the lawful rights of others;

9) containing other contents restricted or prohibited by the laws, regulations, rules and regulations of China and any norms having the force of law;

(2) The service shall not be used for any illegal purpose;

2.2 You agree that any claim, requirement or loss claimed by any third party arising from or arising out of the breach of this Agreement or the relevant Terms of service, including any reasonable attorneys' fees, shall be compensated to Tokenview Company and its partners and affiliates to reparate and protect it from damage. Tokenview has the right to take measures including but not limited to, deleting the content of information posted by the user, suspending the license, terminating the service, restricting the use, and pursuing legal liability depending on the nature of the user's behavior. At the same time, Tokenview will assist in the investigation at the request of the justice department.

2.3 Users shall not duplicate, copy, sell, resell or use for any other commercial purpose any part of or use or acquisition of this service.

2.4 users are legally responsible for their actions in the use of Tokenview's services. The legal liability of the user includes but is not limited to the form of compensation to the aggrieved person, and pay the same amount of compensation to Tokenview Company after the Tokenview Company first assumed the administrative penalty or tort damages caused by the user's behavior.

2.5 Users are required to observe the following Internet bottom line when using Tokenview's services:

III. Service Content

3.1 The specific content of Tokenview's network services is provided by Tokenview based on actual conditions.

3.2 All new products, functions and services introduced by Tokenview shall be governed by this Service Agreement unless otherwise expressly stated in this Service Agreement.

3.3 You must be able to access the Internet on your own through a third party legally qualified to provide you with Internet access and pay for the service yourself in order to use the service. In addition, you must equip yourself and be responsible for the necessary equipment, including computers, data sets, or other access devices to connect to the Internet.

3.4 In view of the particularity of the network services, the user agrees that Tokenview has the right to alter, discontinue or terminate some or all of the network services (including the fee-paying network services) at any time without prior notice. Tokenview does not guarantee that the network service will not be interrupted, and does not guarantee the timeliness, security and accuracy of the network service.

3.5 Disclaimer: Tokenview is not liable for the interruption of network services within a reasonable period of time as a result of:

(1) Tokenview Corporation shall periodically or irregularly repair or maintain the platform or related equipment providing network services and reserve the right to suspend any part of the service for maintenance, upgrade or other purposes without prior notice.

(2) Force majeure due to typhoons, earthquakes, floods, lightning or terrorist attacks;

(3) The user's computer hardware and software, communication lines, and power supply lines are faulty;

(4) Due to viruses, Trojans, malicious program attacks, network congestion, system instability, system or equipment failures, communication failures, power failures, banking reasons, third-party services, or government actions.

Notwithstanding the agreement in the preceding paragraph, Tokenview will take reasonable action to actively bring the service back to normal.

3.6 The service or a third party may provide links to other websites or resources on the Internet. Since Tokenview has no control over these sites and resources, you understand and agree that Tokenview is not responsible for the availability of such sites or resources. Tokenview also does not guarantee or be responsible for any content, advertisements, products or other information that exists on or originates from such sites or resources. Tokenview assumes no liability for any damage or loss resulting from the use of, reliance on, or access to any content, goods or services from or through any such site or resource.

3.7 The User expressly agrees that the risk of using Tokenview's network services will be entirely at his own risk. The user understands and accepts that any information downloaded or obtained through the Tokenview service is at the user's own risk of system damage, data loss, and any other risk.

3.8 Notice to Users: In the various mining push services provided by Tokenview, the links to websites or resources that users have visited have been automatically launched based on machine algorithms. Tokenview does not guarantee the validity, security, or legitimacy of its content.

3.9 Tokenview has the right to modify or terminate the service (or any part thereof) temporarily or permanently at any time, without any liability on the part of Tokenview to the user or to any third party, whether notified or otherwise.

3.10 Service Termination

You agree that Tokenview may terminate your use of the service for any reason, including but not limited to, the account has been unused for a long period of time (more than one year) or Tokenview considers that you have violated the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement. (or any part of the service) and removes and deletes any content of you within the service. You agree that the service provided under any provision of this Service Agreement may be discontinued or terminated without prior notice. You acknowledge and agree that Tokenview may immediately close all relevant information and documents and/or prohibit the continued use of the aforesaid documents or the service. . IV. Intellectual property and other lawful rights and interests (including but not limited to reputation rights and goodwill rights)

4.1 User Exclusive Rights

Tokenview respects other people's intellectual property rights and legitimate rights and interests, and calls on users to respect intellectual property rights and other people's legitimate rights and interests as well. If you believe that your intellectual property or other legitimate rights have been infringed, please provide Tokenview with the following information:

Please note: the submitter shall be liable for all legal consequences arising therefrom (including but not limited to compensation for costs and attorney's fees) if the statement of the rights notice is inaccurate. Tokenview recommends that the individual or unit consult a professional person in the first place if the above-mentioned person or unit is unsure whether the information available on the network infringes upon his or her intellectual property rights and other lawful rights and interests. In order for Tokenview to effectively process the notices of the above individua or unit, please use the following format (including the serial number of each clause):

1. The right holder's ownership of the intellectual property or other lawful rights and interests of the allegedly infringing content and/or the legal right to exercise intellectual property rights or other legal rights;

2. Please fully and clearly describe the infringement of intellectual property rights or other legal rights and provide the suspected infringing third party website (if any).

3. Please indicate what content of the allegedly infringing web page violates the rights listed in clause 2.

V.Miscellaneous

5.1 The conclusion, execution and interpretation of this Agreement and resolution of disputes shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

5.2 In the event of any dispute arising between the parties concerning the content of this Agreement or its implementation, the parties shall try to resolve it through friendly negotiation; if no agreement is reached, either party may bring a suit before the Haidian District people's Court in Beijing, where Tokenview is located.

5.3 Tokenview's failure to exercise or enforce any of the rights or provisions of this Service Agreement does not constitute a waiver of any of the foregoing rights or rights.

5.4 If any provision of this Agreement is wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding.

5.5 You are welcome to use Tokenview's platform services and to comply with the specific terms of the individual service agreement on the basis of this agreement.
