Tokenview – Terms of Service

Welcome to Tokenview (“Tokenview”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Tokenview’s websites, APIs, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the Services immediately.

CERTAIN SECTIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT ARE CAPITALIZED TO EMPHASIZE IMPORTANT LEGAL DISCLAIMERS.

1. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you:

(a) are of legal age to form a binding contract under applicable law;
(b) are not barred from using our Services under any applicable law or regulation;
(c) have full authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or any entity you represent;
(d) will not use the Services for unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to gambling (where restricted), money laundering, fraud, or terrorist financing.

If you act on behalf of a legal entity, you confirm you are authorized to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

safeguard your credentials and access devices;
be solely responsible for activities under your account;
notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3. Scope of Services

Tokenview provides blockchain data services, including but not limited to: blockchain analytics, APIs, address lookups, charts, indices, and related tools.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time without liability.

TOKENVIEW IS AN INFORMATIONAL PLATFORM ONLY AND DOES NOT OFFER FINANCIAL, LEGAL, OR INVESTMENT ADVICE.

Some Services may be offered on a paid basis. Pricing and billing terms will be provided prior to purchase. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

4. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that blockchain and internet-based services inherently carry risks, including:

service interruptions,
data corruption or loss,
malicious third-party activity (viruses, phishing, unauthorized access),
software or network failures.

Tokenview does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of blockchain data. You must independently verify all information before making any decisions based on it.

5. Third-Party Content and Services

The Services may link to or integrate content from third parties, including advertising networks, analytics providers, and data partners.

Tokenview does not control or endorse such content and is not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or safety. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and the third party.

6. Advertising and Sponsored Content

To the extent permitted by law, Tokenview’s responsibility for advertising issues is limited to timely investigation and cooperation with lawful authority requests.

Tokenview may display advertisements or sponsored content provided through trusted third-party ad networks. These networks implement compliance systems designed to minimize illegal or restricted advertising.

Tokenview takes reasonable and good-faith steps to promote lawful advertising practices but does not independently verify every advertisement. Displaying an advertisement does not constitute endorsement, recommendation, or affiliation by Tokenview.

Users should exercise due diligence before engaging with any advertiser or external link. Tokenview disclaims liability to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage resulting from interactions with third-party ads or services.

If you discover any fraudulent or unlawful advertisements, please contact us at rs@tokenview.io. We will promptly review and may request the ad network to remove or block such content.

Tokenview instructs its ad partners, within contractual and technical limits, to comply with applicable laws and implement geo-based restrictions where required. While Tokenview does not knowingly publish illegal advertising in any region, complete prevention cannot be guaranteed due to automated systems and regional variations in law.

7. Acceptable Use

use the Services in violation of laws or regulations;
use Tokenview data for AI training or commercial datasets without written consent;
engage in scraping, automated data extraction, or reproduction;
distribute malware or harmful code;
misrepresent affiliation with Tokenview.

8. User-Generated Content

If you submit or upload content, you retain ownership but grant Tokenview a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it. We reserve the right to remove any content violating law, third-party rights, or these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All Tokenview materials, logos, and databases are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution is prohibited.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”;
TOKENVIEW DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, AND ACCURACY;
WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOKENVIEW, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES;
LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL;
DAMAGES ARISING FROM THIRD-PARTY CONTENT OR ADVERTISING;
ANY CLAIM EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT PAID (IF ANY) TO TOKENVIEW IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS TOKENVIEW AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS FROM ANY CLAIMS, LOSSES, OR EXPENSES (INCLUDING LEGAL FEES) ARISING FROM:

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES;
VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS;
INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS.

13. Termination

Tokenview may suspend or terminate access immediately, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in unlawful conduct, or if required by law or government authority.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong.

15. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Tokenview.
Amendments: Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remainder continues in effect.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without consent; Tokenview may assign without restriction.
