Tokenview Terms of Service

Welcome to Tokenview.

Before you use the services of this platform, please read carefully the following terms. If you disagree with any terms of this agreement, you can stop using the services provided by Tokenview. Any use of the services and data of Tokenview by users directly or through various manners (such as API references, etc.) means that you fully understand and agree to the contents of this terms of service, including any modifications that Tokenview makes to this agreement at any time.

Usage Rules

1.After the user registered successfully, Tokenview will provide the user with an account and a corresponding password. The user should keep them carefully.

2.During the use of the Tokenview service, the user shall bear full legal responsibility for any consequences arising from all activities and events carried out by the account.

3.Users are required to provide Tokenview with true, legal and valid registration information. If the registration information is not true or the update is not timely, Tokenview will not be responsible. Users must not pretend to be others, do not maliciously register, and may not buy or sell or transfer Tokenview accounts, otherwise Tokenview has the right to immediately stop providing services, recover their account number and assume all legal liabilities arising therefrom.

4.No agency or individual may use any of the services or content of the Platform for commercial purposes without the written permission of Tokenview.

5.Any use of the services and data of Tokenview by users directly or through various manners (such as API calls, etc.) will be deemed to have unconditionally accepted the entire contents of this agreement. If the user has any objection to any of the terms of this agreement, please stop using all services provided by Tokenview.

Service Content

1.Tokenview's specific service content is provided by Tokenview, including but not limited to information search, data query, data analysis, currency quotes, data charts, news information, API plug-ins, etc. Tokenview has the right to upgrade or adjust the providing services or product forms.

2.Tokenview provides part of the network service for the charging network service. Users need to pay Tokenview a fee before using the charging network service. For the paid network service, Tokenview will give the user a clear prompt before the user uses it. Only the user confirms the prompt and they are willing to pay the relevant fees, the user can use the paid network service. Tokenview reserves the right not to provide such fee-based network services to users if the user refuses to pay the relevant fees.

Service Change, Interruption or Termination

1.In view of the particularity of network services (including but not limited to server stability issues, malicious network attacks, etc. and other circumstances beyond the control of Tokenview), the user agrees that Tokenview has the right to change, discontinue or terminate some or all of the network at any time. Services (including fee-based network services), in which case Tokenview is not responsible for any users or any third parties.

2.Tokenview needs to overhaul or maintain the Tokenview website or related equipment on a regular or irregular basis. To the extent that the service is interrupted within a reasonable time, Tokenview is not responsible for any users or any third parties.

3.If the user provides untrue personal information, or the user violates the national laws and regulations or the usage rules stipulated in this agreement, or the user fails to pay the relevant service fees when using the charging service, or Tokenview has other reasonable reasons to believe that to terminate the provision of services to users, Tokenview reserves the right to discontinue or terminate the provision of services (including fee-based services and free services) under this terms of service at any time without any liability to the user or any third party. It is the responsibility of the user.

Tokenview is the owner and intellectual property owner of all services, content and products on the Tokenview platform. All services, content and products of the Tokenview platform include but are not limited to: program code, data materials, page design, account numbers, images, graphics, text, advertisements, trademarks, software, programs, audio, video, etc. No media, website or individual may directly, or reprint, use or otherwise use the above content without the written authorization or consent of Tokenview or the relevant rights holder. Any authorization or consent shall be used within the scope of authorization or consent. The source of the data or service is Tokenview.io.

Disclaimer

1.Tokenview is not responsible for the truthfulness, timeliness, accuracy, completeness or reliability of the content provided, and does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of external links set up to facilitate the user. Tokenview shall not be liable to the user or any third party for any loss caused by the direct or indirect use of the content of this website, and the losses caused by the user shall be borne by the user.

2.Tokenview assumes no responsibility for service interruptions or other defects caused by force majeure or other reasons beyond Tokenview's control.

Agreement Modification

Tokenview reserves the right to modify any terms of this agreement at any time. Once the contents of this agreement have changed, Tokenview will post the revised agreement on the website and give an announcement. If the user does not agree with Tokenview's changes to the terms of this agreement, the user may choose to discontinue the services provided by Tokenview. If the user continues to use the services provided by Tokenview, the user is deemed to have accepted Tokenview's modifications to the terms of this agreement.

Right of Interpretation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the final interpretation of this clause belongs to Tokenview.
