Tokenview Advertising and Sponsored Content Policy

1. Overview

Tokenview may display advertisements, sponsored content, or third-party links (“Advertisers”) through trusted global ad networks.

Tokenview operates solely as an informational platform and does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice.

We strive to ensure compliance with applicable advertising, consumer protection, and digital content laws in all major jurisdictions where Tokenview operates.

2. Responsibility and Disclaimer

TOKENVIEW DOES NOT ENDORSE OR INDEPENDENTLY VERIFY ADVERTISER CLAIMS, CONTENT, OR PRODUCTS.

DISPLAYING AN ADVERTISEMENT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE TOKENVIEW’S RECOMMENDATION, PARTNERSHIP, OR GUARANTEE OF THE ADVERTISER’S SERVICES.

USERS MUST CONDUCT THEIR OWN DUE DILIGENCE BEFORE ENGAGING WITH ANY ADVERTISEMENT.

TOKENVIEW DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT LOSS ARISING FROM USER INTERACTION WITH ADVERTISERS, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

3. Reporting and Enforcement

If you encounter any advertisement involving:

fraudulent or unlawful activity;
phishing, scams, or malware;
violation of local advertising regulations;

please contact rs@tokenview.io with relevant evidence. We will promptly review and, where justified, request the ad network to disable or remove the ad.

4. Compliance Measures

Tokenview keeps internal records of prohibited advertisers and works with ad partners to implement restrictions where feasible.

Tokenview also instructs ad partners, within contractual and technical limits, to apply geo-based restrictions where required by law.

Tokenview does not knowingly publish or promote illegal advertising content in any jurisdiction.

Due to automated ad delivery and regional law variations, Tokenview cannot guarantee that prohibited ads will never appear on its platform.

5. Limitations

DUE TO THE AUTOMATED NATURE OF THIRD-PARTY AD DELIVERY SYSTEMS AND VARIATIONS IN REGIONAL LAWS, COMPLETE PREVENTION OF RESTRICTED ADVERTISEMENTS CANNOT BE GUARANTEED.

TOKENVIEW’S RESPONSIBILITY IS LIMITED TO GOOD-FAITH REVIEW, COOPERATION WITH AD NETWORKS, AND COMPLIANCE WITH LAWFUL AUTHORITY REQUESTS.
